March 7, 2012 Luncheon: New Dangerous Goods Shipping Regulations
SPEAKER: Andy Pennell, Regulatory & Compliance Manager, Dangerous Goods Management (DGM-USA).
Andy began his career in the dangerous goods industry in 1997 and joined the DGM family in 2003. With DGM, Andy began as a salesperson, later moved into the operations department, was eventually promoted to Operations Manager and then became Regulatory & Compliance Manager in 2010. The DGM organization is devoted to training, consulting and providing other services related to safety in production, storage, handling & transportation of dangerous goods in any class and in any mode of transport. Over the years, Andy has worked closely with regulators, airlines, shippers, manufacturers, freight forwarders and carriers, assisting in many areas of dangerous goods management.
